About me
Two worlds, one vision
I am a strategy consultant, certified coach, keynote speaker and author. For more than 15 years I have led high-impact projects in economic development, competitiveness, productivity and logistics for Colombia’s public and private sectors.
At the same time, I built a business: I have been co-founder of Hotel Múcura & Spa in Cartagena since 2018, where I learned firsthand what it takes to create, sustain and grow a company.
Over the years I understood that great external results are born from inner transformation. Today I integrate strategy and human development to help leaders, entrepreneurs and organizations decide with clarity and achieve real results without sacrificing their well-being.
That is why I don’t treat leadership as a set of isolated skills. I work on the person who leads: how they think, decide, respond under pressure, communicate and influence. My edge is connecting worlds that are usually handled separately: strategy, behavior, leadership and real-world experience.

What leadership keynotes do you offer for companies and events?

What makes your keynotes and workshops different?
I don’t apply a standard formula. I start with a diagnosis of the challenge and the audience, and design immersive experiences where participants observe, decide and confront in real time. I use my own methodologies and speak from the experience of having led teams, projects and negotiations, not from theory.
